With over 16 years of experience, Anand has worked in the HR function with some leading Indian and Middle Eastern corporations; he started his own consultancy, HR Craft, in 2004. With a track record built over a diverse range of industries, he possesses an unmatched understanding of HR.

Over the years, Anand has made significant contributions to his clients' businesses from the start-up stage itself, by designing and implementing people processes and practices. He has also spearheaded Quality Management & Business Excellence initiatives, including the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Based Aware. He enjoys partnering his clients in their short and long term strategies on HR.
