One of the pioneer OD consultants in India and a founder of the Group for Institution Development (GRID), Vasu brings insight and depth to all his interventions.

With a corporate and consulting career built over 40 years, Vasu has been instrumental in bringing about change within several leading organisations. A few years ago, Vasu set up a consulting outfit, Wisdom Consulting, which offers Strategic OD solutions and shadow consulting to fellow consultants, including change agents within client organisations. He has also successfully mentored corporate leaders, management consultants and small business leaders, and is a visiting Professor for OD at the SDMIMD Business School in Mysore.

Vasu has been a professional member of ISABS for more than two decades. His passion for OD work has led him to take the initiative in establishing the Asia OD Network. Currently on the board of ISABS as Dean (External Linkages) he's also the founder and initiator of the OD Certification program at ISABS.

Vasu enjoys a range of hobbies from sketching and painting to music and dance. He frequently travels around the globe with a view to understanding diverse cultures.
