Atul Chugh is a Principal Consultant in Potentia’s Gurugram office. He provides specialised client service through design and implementation of HR systems and practices to improve productivity, growth and profitability. Atul partners with his clients to lead with purpose and participation.
Atul has worked with leading companies in the ITES, FMCD, Telecom, Manufacturing sectors. While he brings particular expertise in Leadership transformations through human processes at the core of his delivery, he has also served clients on organization design, competency based development systems and interventions and experiential learning.
Atul is a certified NEWS coach and enjoys facilitating employees and team to enhance their personal effectiveness & role performance. He has worked in Outbound as well as classroom training methodology. Atul has done multiple assessments for senior leadership team across Asia, Middle East and Europe. He focuses on supporting organizations to address aspects of HR strategy with emphasis on Leadership Talent Development creating a great place to work. Prior to joining Potentia, he has worked with organizations like Head HR for South Asia & Middle East – Rolls Royce, GE as Vice President HR, Nokia as Head of HR Nokia Networks, Thermax – Divisional Head HR, Eureka Forbes as Sr. Manager – HR and Eicher Ltd.
Atul is an approved ‘Leadership Grid’ Instructor, trained under Dr. Blake Mouton and is well-versed in synergogy method of training. He is the National President of Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS), pioneering society for T- group methodology. Atul has served as visiting faculty to IIM, Ahmedabad for their flagship ERI (Explorations in Role & Identity program) and is Green Belt certified using LEAN Six Sigma.
