Sushil Chander is a Principal Consultant in Potentia’s Mumbai Office. He works in the area of HR systems support, operational excellence, and audits.
He has worked on advisory projects in HR policies and guides, performance management systems, employee engagement, talent management, process improvement, recruitment process outsourcing, training, in pharmaceuticals, automotive manufacturing, engineering, agriculture, banking, and, sales organizations.
He has also worked on assessments and certifications on ISO9000, Six Sigma Green Belt, Tata Business Excellence Model, CMM Level 5, PCMM Level 5, Business Excellence audits, Customer orientation, and audits
Sushil brings 18 plus years of experience and prior to joining Potentia, he has worked with organizations like Career International in Shanghai as Director – Business Development, Glenmark Pharma in Mumbai as Head – India Sales HR, Mercer Consulting in Delhi as Head – India Consulting HR etc.
Sushil has a Masters degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi. He is also a certified yoga instructor. He spends his leisure time in social work with AIDS patients, learning disability children, and working on mindfulness, environment protection, etc. His interests are psychology and psychometrics, movies, books, and trivia.
