About Kanchan
Kanchan is a Consultant with Potentia’s Hyderabad Office. She is currently working on a few capability development projects. She has over 12 years’ experience in various roles in Outsourcing industry, Non-Profit organizations, working with people in multi culture environment.
The areas of expertise include Capability Development including – Learning and Development, Behavioral and Leadership training, Competency mapping and Assessment, Instructional Design and Content Development, Organizational Development, MDP, Diversity & Inclusion Program Planning and Execution.
Kanchan is an Economics and Political Science as well as a Hospitality Graduate. She is certified in training and assessment and has exposure to various Psychometric as well as behavioral testing methods. An avid reader and ardent learner, she is currently studying Philosophy (University of London), UCLA – PGP PRO, and Journalism and Mass Communication (Amity University).
In the past Kanchan has worked with WNS Global Services, NIIT and Australian Red Cross and volunteered at organizations such as, Australian Bureau of Meteorology and West Berkshire Museum.
