It’s our birthday, and as a 16-year-old celebrates her freedom with bubbling energy and aspirational dreams; we too, with the same vigor, rededicate ourselves to our mission of “Helping organizations and individuals grow to the next level of maturity”.
In our 16-year journey we served 350+ clients and touched over 1.5 Lakh lives through our Learning & Development offerings and OD interventions. Serving digitalized corporations and multiple generations (starting with baby boomers) of techno-dextrous audience motivated us to augment our services through technology. This pace caught speed during the last 3 years, when pandemic challenged the balance between lives and livelihoods. The paradigm of hybrid working, self-paced learning, and a renewed interest in individual & institutional growth made us hone our technological prowess.
To serve our client needs smarter and better, we have widened our range of proprietary technology platforms which include
