A growing Indian Financial Services organization in the business of wealth creation was concerned about encouraging its young leadership team to demonstrate a higher degree of Leadership behaviors to support next level of growth. They needed their leaders to strengthen key leadership capabilities in order to flex to meet changing conditions and achieve the desired results. Ascertaining one’s Leadership Quotient on the chosen leadership competencies through others experience of her/ his behavior and identify leadership development priorities was seen as the first step in this initiative.
