In his career, he has been associated with management consulting firms like PricewaterhouseCoopers and Eicher Consultancy, and has led Organizational Development & Effectiveness in organizations like Intel and Whirlpool at the Asia Pacific and Global level respectively. In his last corporate stint, he was heading the Organization Development, Organization Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement functions for all the businesses of Walmart & Bharti Group in the wholesale and retail space in India. He has been working as a management consultant for the last 10 years and has rich experience of working on assignments in India as well as in the USA, Europe, Canada, Brazil, Egypt, China, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Middle-East across multiple industries.
He holds a post graduate degree in Human Resource & Organizational Development and is a Fellow in Process Work (Applied Behavioral Sciences) from Sumedhas – Academy for Human Context. He is also a certified MBTI & FIRO-B facilitator.
His hobbies include travelling and photography. He is based out of Gurgaon.
