Gaurav brings 17 years of rich and diverse experiences to helping organizations be more effective and future ready. A lifelong learner of individual and group behavior in business contexts, Gaurav brings a systemic lens to bringing long term organizational change.
He has held leadership roles in OD, TM, Leadership Development in companies across sectors like Flipkart, Sony Pictures Networks, Ninjacart. At the beginning of his career, Gaurav developed a well-rounded expertise in the people function through HR Business Partnering and Specialist roles at HSBC and Axis Bank.
During his consulting stint with Potentia, Gaurav has consulted for companies across sectors including Omni channel Retail, Pharma, ITES, Automotive, BFSI, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas .
