As an HR practitioner, Prashant has worked as CHRO of CleverTap (a retention cloud SaaS platform) and Emcure Pharmaceuticals, as Vice President – HR with Genpact and WNS. At Potentia, Prashant has done consulting with variety of industries like Banking, Outsourcing, Retail, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Healthcare, FMCG, media, etc. Brings in 29 years of experience across start-up, growth, maturity and redundancy management stages of the organization. Has experience in building organisation for growth, organization transformation and Human Resources with a strategic perspective to address key business drivers, he brings proven credential in understanding of business, creating and implementing collaborative interventions to champion change and improvement in business metrics. Prashant has served as visiting faculty to XLRI Jamshedpur and has contributed through expert discussions at several industry forums. Prashant has completed Certification in Product and Service Innovation using Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management. Postgraduate in Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi. Prashant has completed Executive Leadership Program conducted by Duke and IIM, Ahmedabad and is Green Belt certified using LEAN Six Sigma. He was awarded the prestigious Platinum award at Genpact. Prashant is based out of Mumbai.
